We will discuss the requirements, background checks and documentation associated with releasing the claims of minors. The second presentation will start at the point of an accident, and a biomechanical engineer will provide insight into the initial biomechanical analysis using DriveCam footage and other methodologies. The attorneys will then discuss the analysis of DriveCam from a legal perspective, discoverability of DriveCam evidence, use of footage and admissibility of biomechanical testimony. | 28 | 29 |
