The Nebraska Defense Counsel Association's Amicus Curiae Committee and its Board of Directors evaluate potential amicus potential amicus curiae participation on appellate matters involving issues of substantial interest to NDCA. If you would like NDCA to consider preparing and filing an amicus brief, please complete this Request Form in its entirety, including submitting a copy of the underlying dispositive ruling subject to review to executivedirector@nebraskadefense.org and, if available, the docketing statement and appellate briefs:
