Membership

The Nebraska Defense Counsel Association is a state-wide association dedicated to serving the needs of our members. Membership is open to Nebraska attorneys who devote a major portion of their professional time to the defense of civil claims and litigation. The NDCA is comprised of over 200 Nebraska defense attorneys, practicing in state and federal courts.

You must submit the above membership application to NDCA, and it must be approved in order to complete your membership application. Use the appropriate button below to pay for your membership. If you submit your membership application and it is not approved, any payment will be refunded.

The purpose of the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association is to enhance the knowledge and skills of its members and members' clients through educational programming and the exchange of information, ideas, and litigation techniques and to promote the highest standards of professionalism, civility and courtesy in litigation.
